Fantastic Spot with Great Transport Links!

I found this place such a great value! The location is really convenient. I got around easily using the free public transport ticket provided by the hotel, it was just superb. the staff were so friendly, I had some really nice chats with them every day.
The room size felt a little compact. It was fine for a short stay though.

The location was great as it was close to the Bahnhof SBB. A friendly and helpful staff member booked me in upon my arrival, and i am grateful. I took a taxi to the hotel. It was a fast trip.
The shower setup felt a little hostel-like, a bit unexpected. I did notice some mold stains on the walls. It Would be good to address them.

Breakfast provided plenty of sweet and savory choices. Even with plant-based milk it was a GREAT selection. Staff refilled everything quickly, even near closing, which i was grateful for.

Tram stops were conveniently close to the hotel. THAT'S perfect. i used the city card for a quick bus trip from the train station to the airport. The ride was under 20 minutes.

the hotel is near the tram. i easily got around using public transportation. the staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. bottled water was available daily at the reception, a nice touch.
the room windows didn't open. the air felt very dry. this lack of ventilation made it uncomfortable at night.

The hotel room was pretty spacious. I easily fit my two suitcases. This hotel is very clean. Employees are friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated the good location near the stops at Münchensteinerstrasse and Grosspeterstrasse.
The toilet had basically just a partial swinging door, so privacy was not great.

The hotel provides Basel City Cards at check-in. These cards provided us with free transport around the city for the entire duration of our stay. We used this to take the Airport Bus from Banhoff SBB.
